Booking of tee times, golf carts and electric trolleys on the 18-hole course is primarily done via Golf box.
All green fees are prepaid in Golfbox when booking.
General payment in Proshop
We ONLY accept card and Vipps payments in our Proshop. We do not accept cash.
We accept VISA, Mastercard and Vipps.
Booking of start time
All green fees must now be paid in advance in the golf box when booking a tee time. Members who bring guests at the guest rate must also pay for the guests when booking for the guest rate to apply.
Everyone who plays on the 18-hole course must at least have completed a VTG course or handicap 54. Members can book a tee time in according to membership, The partner clubs can book according to the agreement (check with the home club) and guests can book 7 days before the desired game time.
Holtsmark Golf reserves the right to combine players where appropriate. This mostly applies to single players who have booked a tee time. We will never move you to an earlier tee time than the one you have booked. In 99% of the cases, merging of flights takes place on weekends. We only allow 2 players with 36 or higher HCP per flight.

Remember to register in the pro shop at least 10 minutes before going out, otherwise the time may be released to other players.

9 hole green fee
On the 9-hole course «Eplehagen» you book your start time in the golf box. At hole 1 you will find a QR code that you scan with your phone. It will take you straight to our webshop. Pay your green fee there and start your round after you've paid. You can also book by calling the Proshop on tel. 977 16 000 or send an email to proshop@holtsmarkgolf.no.

The rental sets are Callaway Rogue. Balls and pegs must be provided by players.
Charging an electric car

Golf carts and electric trolleys can be booked in the golf box, but MUST be paid on arrival at the course.
Driving range prices
47,- per bucket payable by credit card at the ball machine. Range cards can be purchased and refilled in the proshop.
Range card 50 buckets: 1.750,-
Range card 100 buckets: 3.500,-
Prepaid green fees are non-refundable
According to section 22(m) of the Cancellation Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to «(...) services related to leisure activities when the agreement stipulates a specific date or period for the performance of such services,».
Greenfee players can change their booked start time up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. The right to change the starting time requires notification to the club no later than 24 hours before the scheduled starting time. The tee time can either be booked for a new available tee time or converted to a personal green fee ticket. The original start time cannot be changed more than twice. Changes may not be made later than 24 hours before the scheduled playing time.
Prepaid green fees will only be refunded if the course is closed or in the event of illness.
Arrangement of private tournaments
Booking of multiple start times is done by mail to mikkel@holtsmarkgolf.no
The following prices apply for setting up a tournament in Golfbox: 12 or fewer people 500,-. More than 12 people 1000,-. The tournament is set up as desired with live score on mobile and leaderboard inside the clubhouse on the big screen. We also do score reception.
Rules for Free Play cards
Everyone who uses introductory cards from NGF, PGA and NGA must notify the administration in connection with the booking of start time, which must be done by phone. 977 16 000.
