These days, it's the frost that determines when the pitch can open in the morning
It's no surprise to us Norwegians that there will be frost. For us golfers, it's also a well-known fact that frost on the course in the morning means that the course cannot open until conditions have improved.
It is the pitch crew that decides when the pitch can be opened, so we in the administration and proshop must, in the same way as you who have playing time, await the go-ahead from them.
If the course is fully booked, and the start time is booked before the course can open, it will unfortunately be canceled. If there are available start times after the course has opened, you will of course get a new time if it suits you.
All of us who work at Holtsmark Golf want you all to be able to enjoy the last days of the season on a beautiful fall course, but we ask for your understanding that sometimes this is not possible.
