The Veien til Golf (VTG) course gives you a fun and practical introduction to the many facets of golf, such as basic hitting techniques, rules, safety and, not least, what to look out for on the golf course.

How the course is conducted

The course is divided into 3 parts, theoretical, practical and games. The theoretical part will be sent to you by us 1-2 days before the course date. You do the practical part together with a resource person at Holtsmark. This is one day from 0900-1500. You will then play 18 holes during the season. NB! These do not have to be 18 holes in a row, and you have the whole season to complete them.

What does it cost?

VTG kurset koster 500,- for deg som er ansatt i Varner. Normal pris for dette kurset er 2000,- kr.

NEW! This year, Holtsmark Golf organizes VTG training every other Monday at 1800-1900. This is completely free for everyone who takes VTG courses with us this summer.

After completing the VTG course, you will be offered to join Holtsmark Golf Club. If you wish to terminate your membership in Holtsmark Golfklubb, this must be done by 31.12 of the current calendar year. If not, the membership will continue automatically.
